At Hemp 9 Bar, we are proud to ship all orders from our location in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within Canada.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options:

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Important Notes
- Free shipping applies only to the standard shipping method.
- Express shipping is available for faster delivery at an additional flat rate of $11.99.
- We do not offer local pickup at this time.
- Shipping rates are calculated before taxes and are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or high-volume periods (especially during holidays). If your package is delayed or marked as lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
